Instrument Adjustments
Instrument adjusting is used anytime a traditional spinal adjustment cannot be performed. Instrument adjusting is gentle, very specific and is particularly enjoyed by patients who are uncomfortable with the "cracking or popping sound" associated with traditional spinal adjustments. Our doctors all have post graduate instruction utilizing the Activator Methods technique and adjusting instrument under the direction of Dr. Arlan Fuhr, the developer of the technique. Dr. Gardner and Dr. Travis also use the Impulse Adjusting Instrument or ProAdjuster, a computerized adjusting instrument that provides the patient with a very precise and gentle adjustment.
